1. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech sales (mandatory)
2. Education: 12th pass or higher
3. Age Criteria: Upto 30 years old
4. Language: Fluent in Hindi and English – both spoken and written
5. Salary: 1 year experience: Up to ₹35,000 in-hand
2–3 years experience: Up to ₹50,000 in-hand
(Final offer depends on last drawn salary and interview performance)
6. Location: Sarjapur, Bangalore (must be based in or willing to relocate)
7. Working Days & Timings: 6 days a week (Sunday fixed off)
Last Sunday of the month working (compensatory off provided)
Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM
Roles & Responsibilities (Summary):
1.Connect with potential students/parents through calls, video, or in-person meetings
2.Understand educational needs and recommend suitable courses
3.Convert leads into enrolments by explaining course value
4.Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
5.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
