Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admission process and help them choose the right course based on their goals and background. The ideal candidate should be passionate about education, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of converting inquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students via calls, emails, chats, and in-person meetings regarding course options, eligibility, career outcomes, and admission procedures.

• Follow up on inquiries and leads generated through various marketing activities.

• Maintain and manage a database of interested candidates and regularly update the CRM system.

• Assist in organizing and participating in admission events, webinars, and seminars.

• Guide students through the application and enrollment process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and verified.

• Meet weekly/monthly targets for student conversions and enrollments.

• Provide accurate and timely information to students about course fees, batch schedules, faculty, and placement opportunities.

• Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to streamline the admission process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education, Marketing, Psychology preferred).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students and parents.

• Goal-oriented with a passion for helping students achieve academic success.

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools).

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in education counselling, tele-calling, or sales is an added advantage.

• Multilingual abilities will be a plus.

• Familiarity with academic courses, entrance exams, and international education systems.
