We are seeking a motivated Admission Counsellor- Inside Sales to join our dynamic sales team. He/She will be responsible for qualifying prospects and closing sales over the phone and through email communication. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This role offers the opportunity for growth and advancement within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospect and qualify leads through calling, email campaigns, and other outreach methods.
2. Conduct sales presentations to potential customers, articulating the value proposition of our products/services.
3. Build and maintain relationships with prospects and customers to ensure a positive sales experience.
4. Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
5. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and sales growth.
6. Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities and challenges.
7. Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and product/service enhancements.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
2. Proven track record of success in inside sales or a similar role.
3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
8. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
