Roles & Responsibilities
• Engage with potential customers via phone calls, providing information about NEET-PG/FMGE courses.
• Convert leads into sales and ensure smooth handover to the post-sales team.
• Manage and update customer information in our CRM or sales software.
• Collaborate with the sales manager for daily reporting and performance tracking.
• Assist in developing and executing strategies for user acquisition and sales growth.
Qualifications:
Requirements and skills-
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in educational course selling or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM management or similar sales software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
