We are hiring for Student Support & Admission officer for our client in Education Industry.
Location - Mumbai
Experience - 1 - 5 Years
Preferred Industry - Education/ BFSI
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, and in-person.
Guide applicants through the admissions process from initial inquiry to enrollment.
Review and process applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
Coordinate with academic departments regarding admissions decisions.
Maintain accurate student records in the admissions database.
Act as a liaison between students and academic/administrative departments.
Provide support and guidance to students on academic, personal, and procedural matters.
Handle student complaints or concerns and escalate when necessary.
Maintain accurate records in compliance with institutional and regulatory policies.
Generate regular reports on admissions statistics and student support cases.
