Zoodle Kid is seeking an Academic Coordinator to support the design, review, and refinement of our early childhood curriculum based on the 9Q holistic development framework. As a key link between subject experts, content creators, and the pedagogy team, your primary focus will be maintaining educational quality, age-appropriateness, and innovation in all learning materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in conceptualizing, developing, and structuring micro-curricula and activity guides for children aged 0–6.

• Validate and review lesson plans, activities, and multimedia content to ensure alignment with Zoodle Kid’s 9Q outcomes.

• Research current trends and best practices in early childhood education, integrating them into curriculum design.

• Coordinate with subject matter experts, psychologists, and content writers to ensure consistency and developmental relevance.

• Oversee pilot programs, collect feedback from parents and educators, and contribute to curriculum iteration.

• Maintain documentation, flowcharts, and content calendars for curriculum rollout.

• Provide training and guidance to facilitators and content team members on new modules and methodologies.

• Analyze feedback and learning outcomes to recommend updates or improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Child Development, or relevant field.

• Strong understanding of early childhood pedagogy, frameworks like 9Q, and holistic development.

• Proven experience in curriculum writing, editing, or instructional design.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about nurturing young minds.

• Comfortable using digital collaboration and content development tools.
