We are looking for a dedicated Academic Coordinator / Tutor to join Top1Tutorials. The role involves both teaching students and managing communication with parents & students, ensuring a smooth learning experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach/tutor students (school-level & competitive exams)

• Handle student & parent queries via phone, WhatsApp, and email

• Track student progress and prepare monthly reports for parents

• Manage class schedules, attendance, and reminders

• Assist with new admissions and onboarding of students

• Support parents with academic updates and concerns

Qualifications

• Graduate / Post Graduate (B.A., B.Sc., B.Com., B.Ed., M.A., M.Sc., M.Com. preferred)

• Minimum 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience

• Strong subject knowledge in Maths, Science, or English

• Excellent communication in English + Hindi/Punjabi

• Proficiency in using Google Sheets, Zoom/Google Meet, WhatsApp Business

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
