· Counsel students and working professionals about suitable certification programs based on their interests and career goals.

· Drive sales through effective communication, need analysis, and product pitching.

· Convert leads into successful enrollments through strategic follow-ups.

· Maintain CRM records, manage pipeline, and meet weekly/monthly targets.

· Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Who Should apply?

· Prior experience in EdTech Data Science, AI, Cybersecurity, Full Stack Development sales or selling online certification programs is highly desirable.

· Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.

· Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills.

· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a performance-driven environment.

Education

• Bachelor's degree (In any streams)

Work Experience:

• Experience of 0 - 6 Months in Admission Sales.

Knowledge/Skill/Ablility:

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation.

• Target-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.

• Ability to handle objections and address queries professionally.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

• Experience in selling professional courses/certifications is a plus.
