We are seeking a dedicated Academic Counselor to join our dynamic team at Jobaaj. This role is all about acquiring new clients (students), driving admissions growth, and guiding aspirants through their educational journeys. From identifying leads to pitching suitable programs and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience – you’ll be at the heart of it all.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage in new student acquisition through calls, emails & counselling sessions.
Present, promote, and pitch educational services to potential leads.
Conduct market research to understand student needs and academic trends.
Convert inquiries into enrollments and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Prepare clear and compelling presentations for counseling sessions.
Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome!)
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Proactive, target-driven, and customer-centric mindset
Added Advantage: Prior experience in sales or academic counseling
