Job Title: Admission Counsellor – Medical Fellowship Programs
Salary : 20000 to 30000 [ + Incentives ]
Working Days : 6 days [Alternate Saturdays Off]
Working Hours : 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

Role Overview :
As an Admission Counsellor, you will be the first point of contact for prospective MBBS graduates and doctors exploring our fellowship programs. You will guide them through the admission process, provide detailed information about the courses, and help them make informed career decisions. The role requires a blend of sales acumen, strong communication skills, and empathy for the professional journey of doctors.
Key Responsibilities :
• Counsel MBBS graduates and practicing doctors about fellowship programs, course structure, benefits, and career prospects.
• Manage inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Convert leads into enrollments by clearly explaining program value and addressing student concerns.
• Maintain follow-ups with potential candidates to ensure smooth admission conversion.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to meet monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions in the CRM system.
• Participate in webinars, orientation sessions, and outreach campaigns to promote fellowship courses.
• Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on student interactions.
Key Skills & Competencies :
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and consultative sales abilities.
• Good understanding of medical education and healthcare career paths (preferred).
• Ability to handle high volumes of calls and follow-ups.
• Organized, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Medical/Healthcare/Science background preferred).
• Prior experience in EdTech, admissions counseling, or inside sales is an advantage.
• Passion for education and healthcare is highly desirable.
