Key responsibilities
include engaging with inquiries through calls, meetings, and campus visits; explaining academic programs, admission requirements, and financial aid; assisting with applications and documentation; and ensuring timely follow-ups to convert interest into enrollment. The Admission Counselor will also maintain accurate student records, coordinate campus tours and information sessions, and support outreach initiatives in collaboration with the admissions team.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a student-centric mindset, proficiency in database/CRM tools, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, or communication is preferred.
