About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Career Development Executives to join our sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about counselling, have a flair for sales, and are excited to help working professionals unlock new career opportunities through upskilling.
Key Responsibilities:
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets related to course admissions
Conduct cold calls and telephonic prospecting to generate qualified leads
Counsel and guide working professionals about career enhancement opportunities
Schedule and conduct face-to-face or virtual meetings to drive conversions
Build trust and nurture leads through the entire sales cycle
Maintain accurate and updated records on CRM and trackers
Provide timely reports and data insights to management
Requirements:
1 to 4 years of experience in inside sales, counselling, or tele-sales (preferably in education, insurance, or BFSI sectors)
Excellent verbal communication, persuasive skills, and confidence
A pleasing personality with energy, assertiveness, and aggression to chase monthly targets
Strong academic background – Minimum qualification: B.Com, B.Sc, BBA or equivalent
(Note: BA graduates will not be considered)
No gaps in education; employment gaps should not exceed 6 months
Should not have a history of frequent job switches (minimum 1 year tenure in previous roles)
