We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Professional to join our Education Services team. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with educational institutions, training providers, overseas universities, and corporate partners to promote and sell our educational programs, services, or student recruitment solutions.
Lead Generation & Networking
Identify, research, and target new business opportunities within the education sector.
Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, schools, and corporate HR/training teams.
Sales & Client Acquisition
Develop and execute strategies to achieve B2B sales targets.
Present, pitch, and negotiate proposals for educational programs or partnership models.
Handle end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Partnership Management
Maintain ongoing relationships with partner institutions to ensure long-term collaboration.
Organize joint marketing activities, training sessions, and partner engagement events.
Market Research & Strategy
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
Identify emerging markets and industry shifts for potential business opportunities.
Reporting Management
Maintain accurate sales records in CRM systems.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field (MBA preferred).
2 years of proven B2B sales experience (preferably in education, training, or student recruitment).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong relationship-building ability and professional network in the education sector.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
