Job Summary

We’re seeking a dynamic and motivated Academic Counselor / Sales Executive to guide medical professionals through our advanced certification programs. If you are passionate about cosmetology education and have a knack for consultative sales, this is a high-growth opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel and onboard doctors, surgeons, dentists, and medical professionals into our specialized programs.

• Follow up with leads generated via marketing, events, WhatsApp, and webinars.

• Explain course structures, training benefits, accreditations, and career outcomes.

• Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns and outreach.

• Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and industry influencers.

• Stay up-to-date with trends in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, lasers, and non-surgical treatments.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 1–3 years in counseling/sales in the medical training or cosmetology education sector.
  (Candidates with experience in ILAMED, ILACAD, IICTN, LIMCA, etc., are highly preferred.)

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (any stream; healthcare background is a plus) 12th pass Accepted but with experience.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills.

• Knowledge or interest in aesthetics, cosmetology, or dermatology education is preferred.
