  Position Overview

  As an Academy Counselor, you will interact with potential students and professionals interested in our training and internship programs. You will guide them through the admission or enrollment process, maintain communication records, and support the HR and marketing teams in building meaningful engagement with candidates.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inquiries from students and professionals via calls, emails, and social media
    
    

  • Counsel candidates about Brand Miz Academy programs, internship opportunities, and skill development courses
    
    

  • Maintain lead data and follow up regularly to ensure conversions
    
    

  • Support the HR team during interviews and onboarding of trainees or interns
    
    

  • Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and event planning
    
    

  • Provide accurate information and ensure a positive experience for every candidate
