Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and target-driven Business Development & Sales Executive with prior experience in the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with students, understanding their learning needs, counseling them on our course offerings, and ensuring successful enrollment.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential students via calls, emails, and meetings to understand their career aspirations and learning requirements.
Counsel students on IT and non-IT courses offered by Student Tribe and help them choose the right program.
Manage and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads provided by the company.
Follow up with leads regularly to ensure conversion into enrollments.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and updates in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Represent Student Tribe at events, webinars, and outreach programs as required.
Requirements:
Proven experience (2 – 3 years) in business development, sales, or counseling within the EdTech industry.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly with students and parents.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline (MBA preferred).
