Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
Tracking stock levels, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and managing inventory movement.
Receiving and Dispatching:
Processing incoming shipments, verifying deliveries, and ensuring efficient dispatch of goods to internal departments or external customers.
Storage and Organization:
Properly allocating storage space, implementing and maintaining labeling systems, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards within the store.
Vendor Management:
Collaborating with vendors to establish and maintain relationships, resolving delivery or quality issues, and evaluating vendor performance.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintaining accurate records of receipts, dispatches, and stock movement, generating regular reports on inventory levels, and providing timely information to management.
Quality Control:
Ensuring that products and services meet established quality standards.
Collaboration:
Working with procurement and logistics teams to coordinate receiving and dispatching activities.
Compliance:
Following safety protocols and adhering to relevant regulations and standards.
Problem Solving:
Addressing any operational issues or discrepancies in a timely and effective manner.
Job Requirements:
