Role Overview:

The Store Manager is responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of the Tumbledry outlet. This includes managing customer experience, handling team performance, driving sales, and ensuring adherence to operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Store Operations:

  • Manage all store activities and ensure timely pick-up and delivery of garments.

  • Maintain cleanliness, machine functionality, and SOP adherence.

  • Ensure quality checks on every garment.

• Team Management:

  • Supervise and lead a team of store executives and delivery personnel.

  • Conduct daily briefings, task allocations, and performance evaluations.

  • Train new staff and ensure team discipline and productivity.

• Customer Experience:

  • Handle walk-in and online customers with professionalism.

  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain customer relationship management through follow-ups and feedback.

• Sales & Revenue:

  • Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling of services.

  • Meet daily/monthly revenue targets and control expenses.

  • Track and improve customer retention metrics.

• Inventory & Logistics:

  • Manage stock of detergents, chemicals, tags, and packaging material.

  • Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for timely procurement.

  • Ensure timely dispatch and return of garments with proper tagging and records.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and team handling skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Process-oriented with attention to detail

• Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle escalations

• Basic computer proficiency (POS, Excel, CRM tools)

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any stream

• 1 year of experience in store management/retail/hospitality/service industry

• Experience in laundry/dry cleaning services is a plus

Working Days & Timings:

• 6 days a week (Weekends are working)

• Store timing: 8 AM – 8 PM (Shift-based)
