We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail garments store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, a passion for fashion, and excellent leadership skills to drive sales and ensure superior customer experience.
Store Operations: Manage day-to-day store activities to ensure smooth operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, inventory control, and store maintenance.
Sales Management: Drive sales targets by motivating and leading the sales team, monitoring performance, and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop store staff; provide coaching and feedback to enhance team productivity and customer service.
Customer Service: Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently delivered, handling customer queries and complaints effectively.
Visual Merchandising: Oversee product displays, stock presentation, and store layout to align with brand guidelines and attract customers.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels, conduct regular stock audits, and coordinate with supply chain for timely replenishment.
Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and analyze store performance to identify improvement areas.
Compliance: Ensure store compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail store management, preferably in garments/apparel.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Good understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and inventory management.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Proficient in using retail POS systems and MS Office.
