Role Overview: A store manager oversees all aspects of a retail store's operations, acting as a leader for the staff and a key figure in achieving business goals. They are essentially the "CEO" of the store, responsible for everything from financial performance to customer and employee satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities
· Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
· Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and increase market share.
· Lead a team of retail staff, providing guidance on customer service standards, product knowledge, and performance expectations.
· Conduct regular inventory management tasks such as ordering stock, managing returns & exchanges, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
· 3-8 years of experience in Store or retail management with expertise in hotels or similar industries.
· Strong understanding of beverage industry trends and consumer behavior.
· Excellent communication skills for effective leadership and customer interaction.
· Ability to analyze data to inform business decisions (e.g., sales reports).
