Assistant Store/Boutique Manager for Designer Boutique

Location: Saheli Signatures, Yapral

Saheli Signatures is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented fashion designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Client Management: Capturing client requirements for their clothing need.

Order Management: Handling order processing, tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery to customers by coordinating tailor and vendors.

Administration: Managing customer orders, managing tailors, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Manage customer orders and coordinate with tailor and fabric vendors.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain and update order information

•⁠ ⁠Monitor quality and service for customer orders

•⁠ ⁠Provide excellent customer service and resolve any order-related issues.

Qualifications:

•⁠ ⁠Proven 1-3 years experience in fashion industry or related field

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in English, Hindi, Telugu

•⁠ ⁠Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

•⁠ ⁠Knowledge in fashion designing, boutique operations

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and customer service skills.
