Job Objective :
As a Store Manager, you'll oversee store operations, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service. You will manage staff, handle inventory, and maintain store standards while adhering to company policies. Strong leadership and customer service skills are essential.
Job Responsibilities :
· Drive sales and achieve store targets.
· Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer complaints.
· Make quick and effective decisions when dealing with customer issues or complaints.
· Build and maintain relationships with customers.
· Use sales trend data to predict future demand for products, helping to ensure optimal stock levels.
· Implement promotions and marketing strategies to boost sales.
· Inventory Management and records maintenance; inventory analysis for informed business
decisions
· Ensure smooth daily store operations.
· Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
· Monitor and manage cash, store expenses and budgets.
· Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
· Provide insights and recommendations for improving store performance.
· Maintain MIS and metrices as per the business requirement.
· Lead, develop and engage staff to achieve business goals.
Job Requirements :
· Minimum bachelor's degree is preferred
· Degree in retail/marketing/customer services will be of added advantage.
· At least 4 to 6 years of experience in retail environment especially with Baby products or clothing
· Fluency in the local language (Kanada, Hindi, Telugu, etc.) and good in English communication
· Demonstrated ability to manage inventory, visual merchandising ,Point-to-sale systems and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
· Ability to understand and manage store budgets, sales targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive profitability.
