We are a modern 24/7 convenience store and cafe that serves the local community with quality groceries, quick bites, beverages, and essentials—day and night. We’re looking for a dynamic, responsible, and growth-oriented Store Manager to lead daily operations, grow sales, manage staff, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Oversee daily operations of the cafe and mart, ensuring smooth functioning round-the-clock.
Identify opportunities to grow footfall and increase daily sales through promotions, product placement, and service enhancements.
Track KPIs (sales targets, conversion rates, etc.) and implement strategies to exceed them.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve complaints swiftly and professionally.
Monitor and manage stock levels for both cafe and mart sections.
Conduct regular inventory checks and audits to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely deliveries and procurement.
Maintain accurate inventory records using POS or inventory software.
Collaborate with chefs/baristas to update and optimize the cafe menu based on trends, seasons, and customer feedback.
Manage raw material procurement and stock rotation for cafe items.
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are consistently met.
Oversee all billing and POS operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain daily sales records and reconcile accounts.
Prepare weekly/monthly financial reports for management.
Monitor and reduce wastage and pilferage.
Hire, train, and supervise staff including baristas, cashiers, and floor assistants.
Create and manage staff rosters for 24/7 coverage, including shift planning and breaks.
Conduct regular performance reviews and address HR-related issues.
Foster a positive, productive work environment.
Ensure the store complies with health, safety, and labor regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and operational safety of all areas of the cafe and mart.
Handle emergency situations and after-hours issues if required.
Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail/cafe leadership role (minimum 1 year).
Strong knowledge of inventory systems, POS systems, and basic accounting.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Food safety certification or retail management training is a plus.
