We are looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Store Manager to lead our mobile sales store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing daily store operations, building strong customer relationships, and leading a team to deliver an excellent customer experience. The Store Manager will also oversee inventory, merchandising, and ensure the store meets its revenue and profitability targets.
Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the mobile sales store.
Drive sales performance to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Coach, motivate, and develop sales associates to achieve individual and team goals.
Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control to ensure optimal stock availability.
Monitor store visual merchandising standards and promotional activities.
Analyze sales reports and implement action plans to improve performance.
Maintain store security, safety standards, and compliance with company policies.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Ensure all staff are trained on the latest mobile devices, accessories, and service plans.
Manage staffing schedules, hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews.
Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar retail leadership role, preferably in mobile sales or consumer electronics.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent sales skills and the ability to drive team performance.
Good understanding of the latest mobile technology, products, and market trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in using retail management software and MS Office.
Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
