We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bike Service Manager to oversee daily operations of our two-wheeler service department. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of bikes, excellent leadership skills, and a customer-centric approach to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Supervise day-to-day operations of the bike service center.
Manage and allocate tasks to technicians and workshop staff.
Ensure timely and quality servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure prompt resolution.
Maintain service records, job cards, and inventory of spare parts.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure service standards are met.
Coordinate with the sales and parts departments for smooth operations.
Monitor team performance and provide training as needed.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance in the workshop.
Proven experience (2–5 years) in two-wheeler service or workshop management.
Strong knowledge of bike mechanics, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records.
Diploma/ITI in Automobile Engineering or related field.
Experience working with major two-wheeler brands is a plus.
Knowledge of inventory and CRM software is an advantage.
