Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise team members during a shift to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to all guests.

• Ensure food quality and hygiene standards are met at all times.

• Manage inventory, stock levels, and ensure availability of required ingredients and packaging.

• Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly.

• Train, coach, and motivate team members to meet performance and service goals.

• Maintain proper labor cost and manage labor scheduling according to business needs.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and sanitation procedures.

• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, cash registers, and manage shift cash handling.

• Support delivery operations and manage driver dispatch during peak hours.

• Report shift performance to the Store Manager and assist in administrative tasks as required.

• Previous experience in the food service/retail industry is preferred.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.

• Basic math and computer skills.

• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
