Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Store Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a team in delivering an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, driving sales, maintaining inventory levels, ensuring compliance with company policies, and upholding brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management
Oversee all store operations including opening/closing procedures, merchandising, and stock control.
Monitor store performance and identify opportunities to improve processes and increase profitability.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, schedule, and manage store staff.
Provide coaching and performance feedback to team members.
Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Customer Experience
Maintain high levels of customer service by training staff and handling escalated customer concerns.
Ensure the store environment is welcoming, clean, and aligned with brand standards.
Sales and Inventory
Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs.
Track inventory levels, place orders as needed, and conduct regular stock checks.
Analyse sales reports and develop action plans to improve performance.
Financial Management
Manage store budgets, cash handling, and banking procedures.
Monitor expenses to ensure financial targets are met.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in retail/store management (2–5 years preferred).
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Knowledge of retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
