Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and store all supplies and deliveries in designated storage areas.
Maintain up-to-date inventory records and ensure stock levels are sufficient to meet the hotel’s operational needs.
Issue supplies and materials to various hotel departments upon request, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Monitor stock usage and generate reports on stock levels, consumption patterns, and discrepancies.
Conduct regular physical inventory checks and reconcile with system records.
Ensure all storage areas are clean, organized, and comply with health and safety regulations.
Coordinate with the Purchasing and Finance departments regarding stock needs and reorder levels.
