Key Responsibilities

1. Store Operations Management

   • Oversee receiving, storage, and issuance of materials.

   • Ensure proper documentation of all inward and outward materials.

   • Implement standard operating procedures (SOP) for store activities.

2. Inventory Control

   • Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/software and physical registers.

   • Conduct periodic stock audits and reconciliations.

   • Minimize stock variances, pilferage, and wastage.

3. Material Handling & Storage

   • Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and preservation of materials.

   • Arrange materials for easy retrieval and FIFO (First In, First Out) compliance.

   • Manage critical spare parts, consumables, and raw material inventory levels.

4. Coordination & Communication

   • Coordinate with Purchase Department for material procurement.

   • Liaise with Production, Quality, and Dispatch teams for material requirements.

   • Communicate shortages, delays, or quality issues to concerned departments.

5. Team Management

   • Supervise and guide store assistants and helpers.

   • Allocate work and ensure performance of store staff.

   • Conduct training for proper material handling and safety compliance.

6. Compliance & Safety

   • Ensure store operations follow ISO, 5S, and safety guidelines.

   • Maintain cleanliness and hazard-free environment in the store.
