· Review and cross-check inward and outward records (Excel and hand copy) from the past 4 months
· Maintain a well-organized Customer Material Rack with accurate location data
· Upload and manage spares and service photos on the ATS website and IndiaMart
· Respond to IndiaMart enquiries, call customers for updates, and record call outcomes
· Maintain and update customer databases, including quotation prices, payment status, and follow-ups
· Coordinate schedules and task calendars with the internal team
