Qatar / Kuwait / UAE (as per offer letter)

Employment Terms & Conditions

• Working Hours: 11 hours per day

• Working Days: 7 days per week (2 days off per month)

• Overtime: Not applicable

• Age Limit: Up to 35 years

• Contract Duration: 2 years (renewable)

• Joining Ticket: To be borne by the candidate (non-reimbursable)

• Joining Timeline: Within 10–15 days after visa stamping

• Visa Processing Time: 30–45 days post-selection

Compensation & Benefits

Kuwait:
Basic Salary – KD 100
Food Allowance – KD 20
Accommodation and Transportation – Provided by the company
Joining Ticket – Not provided
Other Benefits – Medical insurance, free work visa, two months paid leave after two years (then annually), and a return air ticket after two years.

Qatar:
Basic Salary – QAR 1100
Food Allowance – QAR 300
Accommodation and Transportation – Provided by the company
Joining Ticket – Not provided
Other Benefits – Medical insurance, free QVC/work visa, two months leave after two years with one month paid leave annually, and a return air ticket after two years.

UAE:
Basic Salary – AED 1100
Food Allowance – AED 200
Accommodation and Transportation – Provided by the company

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations including stocking, billing, display setup, and housekeeping.

• Deliver excellent customer service and handle inquiries courteously.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and order in the assigned department.

• Follow all company safety and quality standards.

• Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the supervisor.

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Minimum 10th Pass

• Age: Up to 35 years

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply

• Language: Basic English communication (Arabic preferred)

• Medical Fitness: Mandatory (as per GCC medical standards)

Recruitment Process

• Interview Type: Face-to-Face (India-based)

• Interview Locations: Guwahati / Bhubaneswar / as per mobilization plan

• Target Sourcing Region: North Eastern States (Priority), followed by West Bengal & Odisha

Documentation & Visa

• Visa/Work Permit provided by the company as per GCC labor laws.

• All contracts and documentation will comply with respective country regulations.
