Job Title: Store Executive

Department: Stores & Inventory
Location: 2nd Street Extension, Gandhipruam
Reports To: Operations Head

Role Summary:

The Store Executive plays a key role in managing inventory and logistics for HVAC&R products from leading brands. This includes handling high-value equipment, accessories, and spare parts with precision, ensuring timely issuance, accurate documentation, and smooth coordination with sales, service, and accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming HVAC&R products (units, compressors, coils, etc.) as per orders

• Maintain stock registers and software entries for all inward/outward movements

• Issue materials to retail stores or sales team based on Sales Orders or delivery notes

• Coordinate with accounts for GRN, invoice matching, and stock reconciliation

• Track warranty items, serial numbers, and brand-specific documentation

• Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and safe storage of bulky and sensitive equipment

• Monitor reorder levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment

• Conduct periodic stock audits and support year-end closing

• Maintain 5S and safety standards in the store area

• Assist in dispatch coordination and vendor returns when required.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate or Diploma in any discipline (preferably in logistics, supply chain, or commerce)

• 2–4 years of experience in storekeeping, preferably in HVAC, electrical, or industrial products

• Familiarity with HVAC&R components and terminology (brands like Daikin, Voltas, Blue Star, etc.)

• Proficient in MS Excel and inventory software (Tally, ERP, Zoho Inventory)

• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy

• Ability to handle heavy equipment safely and efficiently

• Basic understanding of warranty tracking and service coordination
