Job Summary:

The Store Executive is responsible for managing inventory, ensuring proper stock control, maintaining records, and supporting smooth operations within the store. The role involves implementing effective inventory management systems, ensuring FIFO compliance, and coordinating with procurement and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring proper storage, issue, and receipt of materials.

• Maintain accurate stock levels through systematic inventory control and timely stock reconciliation.

• Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) methods for all inventory items.

• Conduct periodic stock verification and assist in annual physical inventory audits.

• Maintain updated records of inward and outward stock movements in ERP or manual registers.

• Ensure proper labeling, identification, and storage of materials to prevent damage or mix-up.

• Coordinate with procurement, production, and accounts teams for timely material availability.

• Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete stock and report accordingly.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety norms, and housekeeping standards within the store.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
