The Store Recruitment Executive (SRE) is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and mobilizing delivery boys (riders) at the store . This role involves active field sourcing, local hiring drives, documentation, and coordination with store managers to ensure 100% manpower availability.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Sourcing & Hiring
• Source delivery boys through local channels: referrals, direct walk-ins, field visits.
• Conduct field drives, and build a local candidate pool.
• Coordinate and conduct daily walk-in interviews and hiring .
📄 Documentation & Onboarding
• Collect and verify candidate documents (Aadhaar, DL, Bank details, etc.)
• Guide selected candidates through the onboarding process via internal tools/apps.
• Ensure all compliance and company policy requirements are met.
📊 Reporting & Coordination
• Maintain daily hiring tracker and report progress to the central HR team.
• Coordinate with Zonal Manager for manpower planning.
• Track candidate dropouts, onboarding status, and hiring funnel metrics.
