Job Title: Store Manager
📍 Location: Moraiya, Ahmedabad
Job Summary
The Store Manager is responsible for efficiently managing the inventory, store operations,
and coordination with vendors and production teams. The role ensures smooth inward-
outward stock movement, accurate record-keeping, timely dispatches, and a clean, safe,
and organized working environment to support ladder manufacturing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Stock & Inventory Management
• Maintain accurate records of stock:
o Aluminium, MS, and fiberglass profiles
o Hardware components
o Manufacturing items
o Ladder special hardware
o Dies
o Hand tools and power tools
o Safety products
• Record material issue entries when workers take materials for manufacturing.
• Monitor and inform about low or out-of-stock items.
• Perform quality and quantity checks for all inward and outward materials.
• Maintain detailed inward and outward stock records.
• Ensure proper storage and systematic placement of items in the store.
2️⃣ Vendor & Purchase Coordination
• Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of ordered materials.
• Coordinate with vendors who carry out job work for the company.
• Arrange vehicles (using apps like Porter, Rapido) for material dispatch or collection.
• Work closely with the purchase and production engineer for material planning.
3️⃣ Manufacturing & Production Support
• Coordinate with workers to fulfill their material requirements.
• Ensure manufacturing areas are free of improperly stored materials.
• Provide timely materials to production to avoid delays.
4️⃣ Dispatch & Documentation
• Arrange and manage vehicles for dispatch or collection.
• Send photos of dispatched materials via WhatsApp for records.
• Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and pricing of goods before dispatch.
5️⃣ Store Maintenance & Safety
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store and working environment.
• Receive, load, and shelve supplies in an orderly manner.
