We are looking for a Store Executive to join our team at General Diagnostics International Private Limited to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹21000 with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Purchasing:
Ensure timely procurement as per requirements without compromising on quality.
Prepare and process purchase orders, quotations, and comparative statements.
Maintain vendor database, develop alternative sources, and track supplier performance.
Coordinate with accounts for vendor payments and resolve discrepancies.
Store Management:
Oversee inward and outward material movement with proper documentation.
Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory in software.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials.
Conduct regular physical verification of stock and reconcile with system records.
Monitor stock levels, raise timely requisitions, and minimize stock-outs.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 3 years of experience. The responsibility includes achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with inventory procedures.
