Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management.

• Monitor stock levels and assist in maintaining optimal inventory to support production and operations.

• Ensure accurate receiving, storing, and issuing of materials as per company guidelines.

• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies, if any.

• Maintain register of material received and material issued and take signature of receiving party.

• Raise material indent timely considering lead time of material so work does not stop.

• Maintaining enough inventories of all goods at store that work doesn t stop.

1. Material Handling

• Assist in the proper storage of materials to prevent damage or deterioration.

• Ensure materials are organized systematically and easily accessible.

• Coordinate with procurement and production teams for timely material availability.

1. Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of stock transactions, including goods received, issued, and returned.

• Generate periodic inventory and stock movement reports for review by the Store in charge.

• Ensure compliance with documentation standards and company policies.

1. Coordination and Communication

• Liaise with suppliers, procurement teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth store operations.

• Address and resolve minor issues related to material shortages, quality, or delays.
