Job Description – Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage store staff and daily operations
Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction
Monitor and manage inventory and stock levels
Maintain product displays and store cleanliness
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
Generate daily performance, sales, and feedback reports
Requirements:
2–3 years of retail/F&B experience with team management
Excellent leadership, communication, and multitasking skills
Basic knowledge of inventory control and sales reporting
