Inventory Management

● Maintain accurate records of all products in stock.

● Monitor stock levels and reorder products as needed to prevent shortages.

● Conduct regular stock audits to minimize discrepancies.

2. Receiving and Storage

● Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments and checking inventory

● Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of orders.

● Safely store products in designated areas, ensuring proper organization.

● Handle and store products in compliance with health and safety regulations.Maintain

outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

● Maintain a fully stocked store, Recommend and display items that match customer needs

3. Customer Service

● Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

● Welcome and greet customers, Ascertain customers’ needs and wants

● Assist customers in locating and selecting products.

● Provide product information, advice, and recommendations to customers.

● Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

4. Sales Support

● Assist in restocking shelves and maintaining an organized sales floor.

Ensure that products are appropriately priced and labeled.

● Collaborate with the sales team to promote and upsell products.● Keep up to date with product information

5. Maintenance and Cleanliness

● Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.

● Perform routine cleaning tasks to ensure the store's hygiene and appearance.

● Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.

● Prepare and maintain records of product orders, sales, and returns.

● Generate regular reports on inventory status and sales trends.

Qualifications

● High school diploma or equivalent.
