• Monitor stock items that haven’t moved over a specific time period (e.g., 30 days).

• Maintain a report highlighting slow-moving or aged inventory.

• Share stock aging reports regularly (e.g., weekly or monthly) with the sales team for clearance planning.

• Conduct physical stock verification at the end of each month.

• Reconcile physical stock with system (Google Sheet) stock records.

• Prepare and maintain a discrepancy report with remarks and corrective actions.

Skills & Competencies Required
