Key Responsibilities:
∙ Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom, understanding their requirements, and providing information about vehicle features and options.
∙ Product Demonstration: Conduct detailed presentations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of Tata Motors vehicles.
∙ Sales Process Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, including documentation, negotiation, and closing deals.
∙ Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
∙ Market Intelligence: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to effectively position K.H.T Motors' products.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
