The ideal candidate will create a welcoming environment, assist customers, support sales growth, and enhance our brand presence online.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist showroom visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
Address customer inquiries and provide product/service information.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential buyers.
Accurately process sales transactions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting showroom environment.
Handle emails, and walk-in visitors.
Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the sales team to achieve targets and improve service standards.
Manage administrative tasks such as visitor logs, scheduling, and documentation.
Create and manage social media content (posts, stories, updates) to promote products and showroom activities.
Engage with followers, respond to queries, and boost online visibility through regular updates.
Qualifications:
Experience in sales, customer service, front-desk, or social media management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, approachable, and confident personality.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Proficiency in MS Office and basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar is a plus).
Minimum: Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Business/Marketing is a plus).
