Job Summary:

The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, understanding customer needs, and providing expert advice on digital and electronic products such as mobile phones, laptops, TVs, home appliances, accessories, and more. The role involves achieving sales targets, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring product displays are up-to-date and attractive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their needs.

• Provide detailed product information and demonstrate features.

• Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements and preferences.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Stay updated on the latest products, features, and technologies.

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

• Support billing and payment processing when required.

• Ensure shelves and displays are well-stocked and organized.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the showroom.

• Assist with stock management and inventory checks.

• Follow all company policies, including grooming and conduct standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass; graduate preferred.

• 0–2 years of retail or customer service experience (freshers welcome).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of digital and electronic products.

• Ability to work in a team and handle pressure.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
