Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable EV models.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance, and insurance options clearly.
Handle inquiries through phone, walk-ins, and digital platforms.
Conduct test drives and follow up with potential customers for closure.
Prepare quotations, handle booking and delivery processes.
Maintain daily sales reports, follow-ups, and update CRM data.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and vehicles are displayed attractively.
Coordinate with service and finance teams for smooth customer experience.
Participate in promotional events, local marketing campaigns, and lead generation drives.
Key Skills & Competencies:

ITI / Diploma / Graduate in any stream
2–5 years of experience in automobile retail sales (preferably 2W/3W segment)
Candidates from EV industry will be preferred
