The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and convincing skills, a presentable appearance, and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
Greet and assist customers in the showroom with a warm, professional approach
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
Provide detailed information on features, pricing, and benefits of products
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and attractive
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships for repeat business
Process sales transactions and support billing, documentation, and delivery coordination
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and market trends
Education: Minimum HSC/Graduate in any field
Experience: 0–2 years in showroom or retail sales Optical showroom
