Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Shop Staff member to support our wholesale operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining stock arrangements, assisting customers (retailers or shop owners), and ensuring smooth daily operations in the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock Management:

  • Receive and unload goods from suppliers.

  • Organize and arrange products systematically on shelves and in storage areas.

  • Regularly check and update stock levels.

    Daily Operations:

  • Keep the shop clean, organized, and well-stocked.

  • Support billing and packing as required.

  • Report stock shortages or damages to the manager.

• Team Coordination:

  • Cooperate with fellow staff members to ensure smooth operations.

  • Follow instructions from the supervisor/owner.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th pass or above

• Physically fit to handle loading/unloading work

Skills Needed:

• Attention to detail

• Teamwork and reliability

• Basic math for counting stock
