Job Title: Cinema Staff (Multiplex Operations)

Location: Gopalan Grand Mall, [City]
Department: Cinema Operations
Reports To: Cinema Manager / Duty Manager

Role Overview:

Cinema Staff will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, handling day-to-day cinema operations, and ensuring a smooth movie-going experience for guests at Gopalan Grand Mall Cinemas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers at the cinema premises.

• Guide customers regarding movie schedules, ticketing, and seat allocation.

• Operate box office counters for ticket sales and bookings.

• Handle F&B counter operations – serving snacks, beverages, and maintaining hygiene.

• Check tickets at entry points and guide guests to their respective screens.

• Maintain cleanliness and order in cinema halls, lobby, and food court areas.

• Support housekeeping team in quick screen turnarounds between shows.

• Handle basic cash transactions and billing (POS operations).

• Provide prompt responses to customer queries, concerns, and complaints.

• Assist in managing crowd during peak show timings.

• Follow all safety, security, and emergency procedures as instructed by management.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Minimum SSLC/PUC; Diploma/Degree preferred.

• 0–2 years of experience in cinema, retail, hospitality, or customer service industry.

• Good communication skills (English, Kannada, Hindi preferred).

• Customer-friendly attitude and ability to handle large crowds.

• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
