We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Shop Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products

• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets

• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and store policies

• Handle cash, credit, or check transactions with customers

• Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked

• Assist in visual merchandising and product displays

• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly

• Participate in regular stock checks and inventory management

• Provide feedback to the manager regarding customer preferences and product demand

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass; diploma or degree in sales or retail is a plus

• 1+ years of experience in retail sales or customer service preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong selling and negotiation skills

• Basic knowledge of computers and billing systems

• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
