Job Summary:
Best Deals Furniture, a leading name in providing quality and affordable home furnishings, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Furniture Sales Executive. As a key member of our team, you will be a sales expert dedicated to creating exceptional shopping experiences for our customers. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, providing expert product knowledge, and guiding them to find the perfect furniture to create their dream home.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement & Sales: Greet customers warmly, actively listen to their needs, and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our furniture. Utilize your sales expertise to close deals, meet individual and store sales targets, and build long-term customer relationships.
Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product lines, including different materials (e.g., solid wood, engineered wood), design styles (e.g., traditional, modern), and the functionality of various pieces (e.g., sofas, beds, dining sets).
Showroom Excellence: Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing. Assist with merchandising, proper product tagging, and stock management to create an inviting environment for customers.
Problem-Solving: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Resolve issues related to products, orders, and delivery to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and a positive team atmosphere. Share knowledge and insights to help the entire team succeed.
Administrative Tasks: Accurately process sales orders, payments, and customer information. Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure their complete satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive, with a strong preference for candidates from the furniture or home furnishings industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for design, home decor, and customer service.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of our business.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills for processing sales and customer data.
