Job Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers to the showroom, ensuring a premium customer experience.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
Provide product demonstrations, technical features, and design options to customers.
Maintain expert knowledge of product range, pricing, and availability.
Assist clients with order placement, billing, quotations, and documentation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and premium clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store revenue.
Handle client follow-ups, coordinate after-sales service, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and showroom presentation.
Prepare daily sales reports, lead tracking & CRM updates.
Coordinate with operations, logistics, and the warehouse for timely delivery.
Participate in promotional events, product launches, or display setups.
